EQUIP is a discipleship program designed to immerse and develop Christians in theological clarity and spiritual formation. We believe that the local church is central to the training and sending of God’s people and while seminaries, sending programs, and other institutions are valuable, we believe that they cannot and should not replace the responsibility we have to develop our congregation.
EQUIP is designed to provide men and women with immersive experiences through four areas of discipleship: seminars, development programs, resources, and internships and residencies. Our desire is to help mature and multiply disciples of Christ in their love for God, Scripture, and His mission.
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
Development programs serve to equip participants in the areas of Christian doctrine and leadership development. Whether it’s deepening your understanding of doctrine or learning to teach the Bible confidently, our development programs help participants grow theologically to know God better and serve His church.
SEMINARS
Seminars are learning opportunities where participants learn from godly and seasoned leaders who desire to help and disciple through bible study and teaching, learning communities, and theological application in everyday contexts.
RESIDENCIES & INTERNSHIPS
Internships & Residencies equip men and women for ministry as a vocation. There are many in our church who will plant or pastor churches of their own, join another church ministry team, or be a part of our team! We want to prepare individuals as they discern their call to ministry. Each program lasts anywhere between one to two years.

Our resources include audio and written material. The goal of our resources is to help you grow as a disciple of Jesus in His word through devotional material in community.
